About us

BNP Paribas India Solutions Private Limited (BNPPISPL) is a global delivery centre for BNP Paribas Group, one of the largest banking groups in the world. BNPPISPL provides IT, IT Enabled Services to the predominantly international Corporate and Investment Banking business of BNP Paribas Group. Corporate and Investment banking is one of the key business lines of BNP Paribas Group.

BNPPISPL was created in 2005. The company is STPI registered for export business and is an asset of BNP Paribas France being a 100% subsidiary of BNP Paribas SA. The company’s board of directors draws from the global talent of BNP Paribas and echoes the international focus.



BNP Paribas Group is strong in the business of Corporate and Investment Banking, including being a leading player in global capital markets activities. The India Solutions teams provide services predominantly to the Global Capital Markets business of BNP Paribas across multiple business domains: Fixed Income, Equities & Derivatives, ALM Treasury, Structured Finance, etc.

IT activities include:

BNP Paribas Group is strong in the business of Corporate and Investment Banking, including being a leading player in global capital markets activities. The IT team within BNPPISPL provides services to the Global corporate and investment banking business of BNP Paribas including the following business lines: Fixed Income, Equities & Derivatives and ALM Treasury.

CMIT has consistently provided quality IT application services to the global capital markets business of BNP Paribas from India since 2004. Activities now include:

     Application Development
     Application Maintenance and Support
     Application Testing

Operations activities include:

The services provided by the Operations teams include:

     Finance Operating Platform
     Trade Finance Operations
     Capital Market Operations
     Payments Processing

Other activities include infrastructure support, IT security and project management.
